NYR ready for 2011 - I'M COMMITTED! WILL YOU JOIN ME?

New Years Resolution
  1. Lose 10 pounds
  2. Reduce Body Fat % to less than 10%
  3. Exercise program:  Tae Bo, Weights, Treadmill (4hrs/wk min)
  4. Join Golf Lab and increase club head speed by 30%
  5. Finalize the perfect balance of vitamins and diet
  6. Obliterate all excuses!
