SKIN TIGHTENING AND LUMINOSITY

Have you heard of skin tightening and luminosity.  I have heard of it time and time again with respect to body building.  It's said to be achieved by following the combination of an intense physical work-out and an extremely clean diet as often used leading up to competition.

To me it sounds like the name for a $500.00 two ounce cream marketed to women all over the planet frantic to banish horrifying facial lines and imperfections.

Yet, I know first hand that diet, vitamins, and exercise can make a dramatic change in your appearance.  A few years back I bought a book called "Shed 10 Years in 10 Weeks" by Julian Whitaker, M.D. and Carol Colman.  I read the book twice and then created a regime using their recommendations that suited me personally.  The book allows for changes to be made week by week for ten weeks but I was so excited to get going that I made all the changes in week one and continued well beyond the tenth week.

A few months later, I had lost about ten pounds and felt great but there was way more to it.  I had a physical where there results were outstanding, I had people asking me what I was doing differently and here's the thing -- you could see a huge difference in the new growth of my finger nails and hair.  It was easy to see the physical line of change separating the before and after.

I buy this book over and over again.  I always seem to end up telling someone about it and then give them my copy and buy it again.

I think this book is a great start -- but skin tightening and luminosity is the destination.

Figuring out the middle part?  Well that's the challenge and very much part of the No Excuses project for me.  It's where the project really gets exciting.

Your thoughts?
