OOOOPS!

I fell off... it was the weekend.  I ate too much, had some cocktails and didn't work out!

I even gained back a half a pound.

We had a reunion with our BVI sailing buddies and you know what?  It was worth it.  We had a lot of fun and I will just work out harder this week to make it up!

Still gotta have a life!

Total daily calories consumed will remain less than 1275 and lots of cardio and abs.
Total Calories per Day:  735, 825, 950,1250, OOOOPS.
Total Time Working Out per Day:  1 hr., 1/2 hr., 1/2 hr., 1/2 hr., 0
Total weight lost:  3.5 lb.s
