ONE-OFFS AND FIRSTS

I am notorious for doing things once.  Some things are just better the first time around... period.

Let me explain -- say I decide to have a theme party -- we have a riot and its suggested I have the party again next year...  nuh uh, I'm only doing it once.

I had a cottage party at the house one year in February.  It was freezing cold outside but everyone came dressed in shorts, tees, sunglasses and flip-flops.

We played our typical cottage music, ate our typical cottage apps, and mingled in true cottage fashion.  We had a fire in place of the fire pit and organized a pool tournament to take the place of playing beach volleyball and horseshoes -- a great night.  BUT we only did it once.

I for some reason get totally into one-offs.  I think it's because it's fresh.  Your doing something for the first time and you get to be creative.  There's just too many kewl things to do.

I guess the bottom line for me is... How can I possibly do everything if I started doing a bunch of things twice?

Week Two Objectives:
Total daily calories consumed will remain less than 1275 and split exercise half cardio and half weights.
Total Calories per Day:  950, 650, 850,1250.
Total Time Working Out per Day:  1 hr., 1-1/2 hr.,1/2 hr., 1/2 hr..
Total weight lost:  3 lb.s
