Every year for quite some time now Barrie, ON has participated in an Event called Barrielicious. This year some 53 restaurants are participating. At a reduced fixed price you get the opportunity to enjoy some of the finest cuisine around.
These are not big chain restaurants -- these are for the most part, fabulous, unique bistros owned by formidable entrepreneurs. Trust me... it's a treat!
Tonight we are heading out to Oscars which I anticipate will be awesome as usual!
Funny, this year I noticed that some neighbouring restaurants are also participating. It appears that Barries' Barrielicious has spawned this sprawl.
The funny thing is that should the participating restaurants in Orillia split off and start their own event -- would they call it Orilliaicious? (SAY THAT 5 TIMES FAST!!!)
