TUNA, TUNA OR TUNA

An important part of why I can lose weight quickly is that I block out food cravings.

I tend to start out by getting really focused by building a great workout plan that's fun and versatile.  Then as I know that seeing results quickly will keep my focus level at an optimal level, I add in a strict calorie reduced healthy diet.

I tend to think of food as fuel at this point.  As such clean fuel will get results the fastest.

Think of your body as a hot performance car -- would you buy anything less than the best premium fuel on the market for it?

I am big on getting results!  So for me its the tried and true basics -- the olive oil, the fish and poultry, veg and fruits from fresh and no juices... things like pickles and 5 cal. jello are FREE meaning next to no calories!

Sometimes the tuna, tuna or tuna gets a bit boring but the results... are still worth it.

The biggest loser cookbook above promises results where your "fuel" is a little more interesting... have you seen it?  Do you agreee?

What is your favorite lose-weight fuel?

  1. There's no doubt about it - monotony can be a real pain when it comes to managing food. Half a head lettuce with carrots, peppers, mushrooms, onion and cucumber goes well with a can of tuna spiced up by a little light mayo, relish and seasonings.
My jaw is tired by the time I've finished eating it and you feel full for hours. I'll reduce the size of my dinner that night and have no issues. I can lose 4 lbs in a week if I follow that regime 3 times, without "falling off the wagon" in other areas!
